Having a home cinema system is next to watching a movie in a cinema hall. In fact, personally, the experience has been even better. The hassle of queuing up for tickets, finding the best seats, and having to put up with the noise and smells of other cinemagoers are too much of a put-off for me. So I decided to buy a home cinema system and installed it in my living room. I felt it was a great decision, considering that I entertain a lot and enjoy having friends over.

I purchased a system that plays Blu Ray movies in full high definition, as well as DVDs in great quality. This is made possible by an upscale functionality featured in my system. The images are crystal clear and sharp, and the sound quality excellent, making the movie viewing experience truly realistic. The best feature about my home cinema system is that it is geared towards adapting the next generation in television viewing with 3D-ready technology. This was a huge bonus, as I will not have to upgrade later down the road. The speakers come with an auto calibration facility which makes it possible to position it to suit the layout of the room, giving you an optimum audio experience.

Connecting a pen-drive or personal computer is no problem at all with the USB input. This makes it possible to share photos and movies. A huge surprise element of this system was that I could use my iPhone as a remote control by downloading an application. What's more, I can even watch streaming video and music from the internet by connecting an ethernet cable or by connecting wirelessly through a USB dongle.

This is, by far, one feature of this home cinema system that I use quite a lot during weekends. My home cinema system has been, overall, a great buy, with easy-to-use multimedia connectivity, superb sound, and incredible picture quality. My friends and I are happy to hang out together in my living room, and we are not stuck with the limited options of sweet or salted popcorn anymore. We simply order in a pizza!
