Tea from Taiwan is the select premium choice for high mountain oolong, while China is broad as for tea varieties.  Taiwan, however, specializes in mostly growing high mountain oolong.

There is pure clean fresh air and unpolluted soil.  There is only clean water supplies and none of the tea farmers are foolish enough to carry pesticides, or poisons, all the way up the mountain. Taiwan Tea is harvested every spring and fall.

The fermentation is between 20% and 25%. This tea can be steeped up to 10 times and the leaves and buds are really something to look at when wet. Each time unlocking a unique flavor.
