1. Keep your teeth healthy.
OK, this one probably seems obvious, but a lot of people don't take very good care of their teeth. Yet it only takes a few minutes, twice a day, to keep your teeth and mouth as healthy as possible. Regular brushing and flossing, as well as using mouthwash, will not only keep your teeth looking great, but has the added bonus of making sure you have fresher breath to really dazzle that good looking guy in the office...
2. Watch what you eat.
Not only should you avoid sticky sweets and sugary snacks if you want to keep your teeth healthy, there are also foodstuffs that you should avoid if you want to keep your smile looking good too. Drinks like red wine, tea and coffee can all stain your teeth over time, and smoking will also turn tooth enamel a nasty yellow colour. If you can't manage without your morning coffee or your precious fags, then you might need to get into the habit of carrying a toothbrush in your handbag or splashing out on a whitening treatment every now and then.
3. White and bright.
Tooth whitening doesn't need to be an expensive or time consuming process. Although you can have it carried out at the dental surgery, there are also kits that enable you to do-it-yourself at home and polish up those pearly whites on your own. Many beauty clinics can also offer this treatment too, though if you've ever had problems with your oral health, you should probably consult a dentist first before going ahead with whitening.
4. Straighten up.
Crooked teeth or gaping gaps are a sure fire way to make the wrong impression with your smile! Unfortunately, orthodontic treatment or braces can be pretty expensive if you're an adult and can take many months or even years to complete. You can always just "cover up" the problems with your teeth with certain treatment, and all in the time it takes for one appointment at the dentist!
