1. Accurate: Biometric reorganization is the one of the top most accurate in the world. Even though there are many other system like face reorganization, eye reorganization is emerged in the market but still biometric system is the most perfect and reliable.

2. Fast: At least one biometric machine is need for about 400 employees group. For this size of group the biometric system can match the record in ultra fast usually 1 to 2 second.

3. No Cheating / No Buddy Punching: Using the biometric technology the buddy punching (proxy attendance for others) is not at all possible. Where as in the other technology attendance system the employees can do the proxy attendance for other employees.

4. No recurring cost: while using manual punch card system there is a need of changing ink cartridge / ribbon in the manual punch card system. And it is a usual problem in card system that the employee's forget to bring the card or lost the card.

5. Efficient: In manual system the company staff needs to spend lot of man hours in computing the employees working hours, lateness and overtime. It is time consuming and lot of manual errors might happen.

6. Alternatives: In any biometric system usually at least 3 fingers can be registered. Let's say if one finger can't be used due to injured or cut then the employee can use alternative fingers.

7. A biometric time recorder usually built-in with key pad & card reader. In a worst case where some of the employees all the fingers can't be read then the keypad can be used to enter the unique PIN number or can use the card for attendance purpose.

8. Attendance Reports: The information from biometric system can able to link up to a attendance software which should able to generate the attendance details, lateness, overtime, etc…

9. Payroll Calculation: The attendance details can able to linked up to the payroll system or the summary details of lateness, overtime can able to input in to the payroll system for salary calculation. Which is very effective than manual calculation.

10. Not only for attendance the biometric system can be used for door access purpose & visitor management purpose as well.
